Fashion Junkie Factoid: The name “Mango” was chosen by the company’s founders when they visited the Philippines and tasted the namesake fruit for the first time. A mango represented exactly what they were looking for: something fresh and exotic. With an ultimate goal of opening Mango stores all over the world, this became the ideal name due to its easy pronunciation and universal translation.
